When a small shop treats every order like it matters, the customer notices. They come back. They tell their neighbors. That's how an independent shop builds a reputation.

Ordering genuine parts matters too. Counterfeit spark plugs are a real problem in the aftermarket. If a price looks too good to be true, it probably is. Buying from a trusted NGK distributor protects both the shop and the customer. The right part number, from the right source, installed at the right time.

So my honest conclusion is this: buy quality parts, but fix the system around them. If you choose NGK, find the right part number in the NGK catalog. Verify the engine is mechanically sound.
